Q: How do I check the status of my order?
- A: Your item will take around 8-15 business days to arrive for domestic orders in the US. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.

- We offer worldwide shipping, but because our facility is based in the USA, international orders will take about a week or 2 longer than domestic orders.

Q: How long does shipping take?
- For domestic orders in the USA, please allow up to 8 to 15 business days for your order to arrive.
- For international orders, because our facility is based in the USA, please allow around 8 to 20 business days for your order to arrive.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
- A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?
- A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Do you offer a refund if the product is defective?
- A: Yes! Currently, we only offer replacements for defective products. If there is a production issue on our end, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you!

Q: Do you offer a refund if I changed my mind?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. We are not yet able to process returns or refunds for reasons such as changes in size, design, or personal preference. As a small business, we do not yet have the capacity to handle these types of requests, but we are working on this area to serve you better. Thank you for your understanding and support.
